Do you think Darren Rowse would accept advice from plebs like you and me?

Who is Darren Rowse?

Darren Rowse is probably the most popular, most well known blogger today. An A-list blogger who is also sought after for speaking and consulting engagements He is the founder of several blogs and blog networks, including b5media and ProBlogger. He lives in Melbourne, Australia. Well we can’t all be perfect can we?

Jokes aside Darren Rowse is probably the number one rated blogger in the world. His three main blogs are 'Digital Photography School' which features photography tips and ProBlogger which features tips on blogging, and TwiTip which features tips on social media especially Twitter . He also started B5media a blog network that has hundreds of blogs written by hundreds of bloggers from around the world

These three blogs get well over 100 000 page views a day and make in excess of $20 000 a day.

With such a professional career and such a prolific blogger who is in the business of giving advice to others, one would expect that he needs no advice. Well especially from  the bottom feeders of blogging. The single cell bloggers. But you would be wrong!

In my post on how to become a successful blogger one of the things I mention about successful bloggers is that they always learn. No matter where, no matter how.

Darren Rowse is not perfect, neither are his blogs. I guarantee he needs advice. Whether that be about a particular topic he is writing about, or about the design of his site.

It’s about you

This post is not necessarily about Darren Rowse and his pitfalls or short comings. But about you. How you as an individual can help other bloggers. Don’t think that because you are a beginner blogger or not a well known blogger that you have nothing to contribute.

Speak your mind. What advice would you offer Darren Rowse? How can he improve his blogs? Is there anything about his page design that in your mind would need improvement? How can he become a better blogger, a better writer?

Darren has, over the years, given tons of advice and tips to many bloggers. Surely it’s time to give back. To help out.

Remember this, Darren is not perfect. He does not know everything despite what you may think. There are things that you know, that you are a guru at that Daren has no clue about. It is your chance to be the guru.

This will also serve to boost your own confidence. It will also get you into the habit of helping others.
