What Do You Use Facebook For?

Much has been written about Facebook. About it’s apparent good or evil usage. Many have asked the question: Is Facebook evil?
Well I can’t say that Facebook is evil, as Facebook alone has no morality. It’s just a computer program.
Facebook and alcohol
What would make Facebook either evil or good is how people use it.
Alcohol is viewed by many as an evil to society. I know this, because I come from an alcoholic family. But alcohol has great medical usages, and therefore it can be used for good.
Similar with Facebook, it depends on how you use it.
Facebook uses
May people, including businesses use Facebook for various reasons. My question to you is why do you use Facebook?
Here are some good reasons why a lot of people use Facebook
- Keep in touch with distant family and friends.
- Promotion and marketing
- Job Seeking
- Help with Questions and answers
- Research
- Posting of upcoming events
- Reporting on social happenings
- Keeping people up to date with happenings in one’s life
- Find support groups
- Sharing fun pictures and other media
- Professional Networking. Connecting with possible business contacts
- Getting the scoop on latest news
- Candidate screening
