Probably the worst website I have seen.

I have seen some bad websites. I have blogged about a few. But not often do I see a really really bad one. One that is so bad it makes me cringe and laugh and cry at the same time. What's more, is this guy wants to pay up to $5000 to promote his site.
Taking money from this guy would be criminal. It would be classed as stealing and I would be locked up in jail. He is an Elance publisher. Elance is a website where freelance workers and job opportunities come together. You bid on work posted. This guy posted two jobs concerting his site. One is SEM, Search Engine Marketing, the other is paid advertising. He has a budget of between $1000 - $5000 to promote his current site.
Having a look at the site, nobody in their right mind would promote this site. It is so bad that no matter how much money you throw into it, people will never stay on the site. it has no substance no structure, no nothing. Even worse is he expects people to pay money to advertise on his site. You wouldn't even pay me to advertise on his site
The site I am talking about is found at http://www.hwswworld.com/. I have not included a href in here because I do not even want Google to think I have a link to this awful site. To have a look at it, just cut and paste it into your browser.
Once you have a look at the site, I would be interested in reading what your have to say about it, what you thoughts are?
Also, what are some of the worst sites you have seen? Perhaps you could post the URLs here so that we can have a look.
In a way it is an encouragement to me. There are people out there that are worse off than me.
BTW, this makes the Elections.org site look way better. If you would compare the two, you might even agree to the rumoured R3000000 price tag. I wonder if the guys that did the elections.org site actually used a site like this to promote theirs. mmmmm.
