I am lying in bed in the middle me nowhere writing this post from my mobile phone.

We are in a place called Loubad. We travelled about 35km on a sand road. A dirt road that is only meant for 4x4s.

No computer, no internet, just miles and miles of bush. Only a small nokia and two bars of signal strength.

So I fired up Opera mini, connected and started browsing. To my surprise the site was actually recognisable. The menu worked, the images were ok. Navigation was a pain. With three panes, and the lack of functionality on my phone navigation is top down, left to right.

So I was ththinking, how many blogs are mobi friendly? Hence this post. Is your blog mobi friendly?

This post is actually coming to you from my cell phone. It has taken me three hours to write this post. A bit difficult with only twelve keys to work with. And the fact that I accidently closed the browser three times.

Mobile browsing is gaining popularity. Should bloggers be considering this as an option for their blogs? Is it worth the effort to reach those readers?
