Did you see the partial eclipse this morning?

South Africa experienced a partial eclipse of the sun on Monday morning.
I must say that I did forget. I tried to remember but, you know what its like, if you don't write it down, well out of site out of mind.
South Africa experienced a partial eclipse of the sun on Monday morning, although cloudy weather seemed to hamper its visibility in Johannesburg. However in Cape Town, the SA Astronomical Observatory reported "fantastic clear" conditions in which the eclipse was being viewed.
But anyway, I guess some did get up and take a look. Even some pictures were taken. Here is one from Andrew William Forrest.
