Thanks to Antonio Chagoury who reminded me about the new DNN blog, version 3.5.1. So I went to the DNN website, downloaded the upgrade and installed.

The installed did not go as planned. I made a mess of the SQL in the providers, and the blog crashed. I had to post a quick, "We're having problems. Please be patient" sign on the blog while I fixed it up. Not too much of a problem. It was up and running in no time at all.

The new features have some cool thing like Avatars, social bookmarking built right in. The avatars functionality will show your avatar, if you have one connected to your e-mail, when you enter in your e-mail address in the entry box provided. IT just makes things a little more personal, don't you think.
