Blogging can seriously damage your health!

Of all the jobs and careers one can have, blogging, or sitting in front of your PC typing away, would seem to be the least dangerous job in the world. If this is what you thought, then you thought wrong.
I am sitting here full of aches and pains. Stress, headache, and exhausted. Yes Blogging can be dangerous to your life, and if you are a serious blogger you could suffer some serious injuries or even death.
Here is what's happening to me, from sitting 12 hours in front of this PC, obsessed with blogging.
- Sore shoulder, from typing and arms in one position. Also sitting in the wrong position.
- Aching wrist, from mouse movements. Right hand does nothing else but move the mouse and occasionally help out in typing.
- Back pains and muscle spasms. From sitting too long, sitting skew and not moving or walking around.
- Backside, Gluteus Maximis, Sore and numb. Too much sitting in front of the PC.
- Eyes sore, Strained from continual focus on the PC monitor.
- Headache, well just from everything PC.
- Stress, because I cannot get the blog out in time, my stats have dropped, the other blogger is getting more hits than me, …
- Sore neck and shoulders, probably from stress
- Aching legs. No movement, just sitting here. This could lead to deep vein thrombosis, and possibly death.
- Body Shape, Getting a bit of a stomach. Because of no exercise. Which could lead to heart problems.
- Unfit, Same as above.
- Becoming a drug addict, from all the pain pills and what ever I’m taking because I am aching
So how has blogging damaged your health?
