Property law and Intellectual law are hot topics. Nowadays you cant even pass wind without someone say, that's was my idea first I did that first, and then  trying to sue you. Well here is a light hearted look at what many believe in the quietness of their own thoughts about Microsoft and Intellectual Property. Have fun.

  • If I like it, it's mine.
  • If it's in my hand, it's mine.
  • If I can take it from you, it's mine.
  • If I had it a little while ago, it's mine.
  • If it's mine, it must never appear to be yours in any way.
  • If I'm doing or building something, all the pieces are mine.
  • If it looks just like mine, it's mine.
  • If I think it's mine, it's mine.
  • If it's yours and I steal it, it's mine.
  • If it's broken, it's yours

I know, IP and copyright etc is pretty crazy right now. We have had a couple clients get cease and desist letters out of the blue from companies claiming they are infringing on trademark or patents. Which they were not, but they then had to get their own lawyer to research it and write letters back. It is sad.

    Ryan,
There is so much out there that you can infringe on somebody with out even knowing.
