Facebook go back to their old TOS

After many bloggers and other users blogged and wrote and e-mailed about the new FaceBook TOS. FaceBook have decided to revert back to their old TOS. (Terms of Service)
From Facebook, "Over the past few days, we have received a lot of good feedback about the new terms we posted two weeks ago. Because of this response, we have decided to return to our previous Terms of Use while we resolve the issues that people have raised."
I was one of those who blogged about this. Good to see that Facebook takes notice. They have reverted back to their old TOS. The new one gave them rights to do whatever they wanted with your content. Even if you closed your account.
I stated that I did not think this would stand up in a court of law. Whether that be so, or whether Facebook changed because of user pressure is immaterial. The point is that the looked at what their users were saying and changed accordingly.
