I am in the IT industry. As a programmer we really have a hard time sometimes. I suppose the biggest challenge of any programmer is to produce a bug free program. Something that is considered the Holy Grail of the programming world.

We have just traveled from South Africa to the UK. Going through both airports is an eye opener. So many differences as to how the employees handle people and customers.
